Top 5 Film & Television Apps on Android in Ukraine, Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the Film & Television category on Android in Ukraine saw varied performances among the top five applications. Here’s a closer look at their trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Kyivstar TV: HD movie, cartoon showed a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 38.5K and dropping to 16.4K by the end of March. Weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at 594.6K in early January and ending the quarter at 398.3K.

Loklok - Movies&TV series experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, reaching $189 by late February. Downloads started strong at 24.6K in early January but decreased to 3.3K by mid-March. Active users peaked at 47.4K in early March before declining to 26.1K at the quarter's end.

MEGOGO: Live TV & movies maintained consistent revenue, peaking at $88.9K in late March. Downloads decreased steadily, beginning at 28.8K and dropping to 9.2K. However, active users saw a resurgence, reaching 646.4K in mid-March before settling at 539K.

SWEET.TV - TV and movies had stable revenue, hovering around $21K to $26K throughout the quarter. Downloads declined from 26.8K to 6.3K, while active users saw a slight decrease, from 309.5K to 179.9K.

Finally, Netflix experienced a consistent decline in downloads, starting at 12.5K and ending at 5.2K. Active users also decreased from 206.3K to 146.8K by the end of March.
